In Kiwi can today, we learnt about respect for our community and ways we can take care of it. We played a game called rubbish relay and 123. Both games were so fun and energetic. 

Kiwi Can Week 9 Term 3

In Kiwican today, our main topic that we spoke about was perseverance, which is trying your best in any activities or challenges that we may face everyday. We need perseverance so that we are able to succeed in life. We played 2 games which were pictionary and ball tag. In both games we had to show perseverance by not giving up until the  game was over. Both games were great fun.

For this week’s kiwi can, our theme was resilience and our topic was perseverance. As always, we started off by introducing our new topic (perseverance) which was trying our best. Eg. ‘Have perseverance!’. It was time to play our energiser which was called perseverance challenge. There were four stations with 4 challenges. Each challenge had its own difficulties, and during the challenges we had to show perseverance. After our energiser we got straight into the purpose of perseverance and why we should show it. Last of not least we played our activity, which was called blind square. It was challenging but we got threw it with our teams. We then finished with our points. We had a total of 23.
