Maths

Today room 8 learnt all about decimals and fractions. Our Teacher Miss Stone bought a cake to our class and it was 18 centimetre long. She cut the cake into to tenths that were equal. If you take away one tenth from the cake then that makes it 9/10. A whole cake together is either 1,0 or 10/10. Here are the cake pieces or should we say the tenths of the cake.
