Food Tech - Mince Gravy

In cooking today we decided to cook Mince Grave. Here are the steps and ingredients.

Step - Dice the onion and fry with the mince until it is cooked

Step 2 - Add vegetables and 1/2 of water with 1 ox

Step 3 - Then enjoy!

Cooking - Quiche

In food tech this week, we cooked quiches. 

Step 1 - In one bowl whisk 4 eggs

Step 2 - Add cheese

Step 3 - Dice Ham

Step 3 - Add 1/2 cup of milk

Step 4 -  Mix altogether

Step 5 - Place pastry into muffin tray

Step 6 - Scoop in quiche mix

Finally bake for 15 minutes or more and enjoy!

Cooking - Sweet Chilli Chicken

In food tech today, we baked/cooked sweet chilli chicken. 

Step 1 - Boil chicken for 15 minutes

Step 2 - Lay it out on baking tray

Step 3 - Top with salt, black pepper, white pepper and chilli sauce. 

Step 4 - Bake for 20 minutes

Cooking Nachos

Today in food tech we made Nachos. 

We used mince, onions, cheese, and beans. 

We cooked the ingredients until nice and brown

We poured our mince and  beans on top of the nacho chips and began  our feast
